SHIPPING:  Unless specified, UPS will be used.  Canadian orders shipped UPS where applicable.

TERMS:  First order Credit Card  - Net 30 with approved credit after receipt of credit references.  All orders are U.S. Dollars.  Prices quoted are FOB Chaffee, MO USA.  Accounts over 30 days are subject to 1.5% additional charge per month with a $2.00 minimum charge per month.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.  Proforma orders will be shipped with products that are in stock at the receipt of payment and MUST include 15% to cover shipping charges.  Proforma orders received without shipping fees will be returned.

MINIMUM ORDERS:  ALL ORDERS including reorders are $100.00.  All orders under $100 are subject to a service charge of $5.00.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:  All claims of damages and shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Please contact us at 800-748-7655 for Customer Service.

RETURNS:  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please contact us at

800-748-7655 for an RMA number.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

COLORS:  Colors can be specified in many cases but must be at least 2 per color.  All colors will be shipped assorted unless specified when ordered.  Specified colors that are not in stock at time of shipment will be canceled from order.  We reserve the right to change color without notice.  Make sure to ask about new colors when placing your order.

BULK PACKAGING:  This means that the items come with little or NO packaging.
